Group Therapy
How long is group therapy?
Group therapy is typically structured for multiple weeks, on average about 6–12 weeks.
This is a commitment to both yourself and your group members so that you can actively participate and walk away with the goals you had set out for yourself.
What will I get out of group?
Each group is different in its own way. Some groups offer specific skills related to coping, stress management, trauma, while others offer primarily support and validation to ongoing concerns. Your group will be guided by a trained and passionate therapist with insight to facilitate your experience and growth.

Group Therapy vs Individual Therapy
Group therapy is a great way to gain peer support, connect with others, and maybe reduce the pressure you may feel to individually “show up.” Groups try to achieve both an intentional and unintentional connectivity to others, all the while gaining lifeskills and therapeutic processing. Another aspect of group that can be important is cost. Group therapy is typically more affordable than individual therapy as the cost is split between group members.Current Group Offerings:
